Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following return and refund terms before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 3 days of delivery if the product is received damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.

The product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories, packaging, and included items.

2. Unboxing Video

For damaged, defective, or missing-item claims, customers are strongly advised to record a clear unboxing video from the beginning of opening the package. This may be required to verify the claim.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

A return may not be accepted if:

  • The product has been physically damaged by the customer.

  • The product shows signs of misuse or unauthorized modification.

  • Accessories or original packaging are missing.

  • The return request is made after the 3-day return period.

  • The issue is caused by normal wear and tear.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer whether the return has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed according to the applicable payment method and circumstances of the order.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund arrangements will be communicated after the returned product has been inspected.

5. Exchange

If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon delivery, we may offer a replacement subject to product availability.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will guide the customer regarding the return shipping process.

For returns caused by a change of mind or reasons not related to a product defect, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

7. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos/video where applicable.

We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet the conditions stated above.
